Coach AJ is honored to be invited by the Mapua MCM to give a refresher course about the YGC Values to their faculty and staff last July 17-18 at their Learning Center inside their campus in Davao City.
The YGC core values was envisioned by the founders of the Yuchengco group and is instilled to all employees not just at Mapua but of all the business units inside the Yuchengco group of companies which are: Teamwork, Loyalty, Professional Discipline, Sense of Urgency and Passion for Excellence.
Coach AJ made sure the two-day seminar attended by 4 batches was interactive and the module made the YGC core values more applicable not just in their professional lives but in their personal lives as well.
