Key executives and management of Zuellig Pharma Philippines led by their VP for Philippine operations, Patrick Macdonald, experienced a breakthrough teambuilding with reknowned teambuilding specialist, Coach AJ Perez on their annual leaders’ summit held at the Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort at Mabini, Davao de Oro last March 21, 2024.
Key leaders from Zuellig Pharma all over the country went to Mindanao for their summit and strategic planning sessions as they start to synergize their different departments and business units and started off with a teambuilding facilitated by Coach AJ Perez.
It was a breakthrough moment for those who attended and Macdonald, on his closing speech after the teambuilding, thanked Coach AJ and said that this is what they really needed as they start to align Zuellig’s directions with their leaders’ goals and mindset.
