Coach AJ conducts a managerial and supervisory training in partnership with Exponentia Konsult to Donau Carbon Philippines employees last May 22-25 at Cagayan De Oro City.
This manager and supervisor training is aimed to equip the participants to fully understand and embrace their leadership roles in consonance with their goals to reach their target for their 2027 company roadmap.
It was a four day learning event with the first 2 days geared for supervisors and the latter 2 days for managers.
Coach AJ gave a detailed and through walk through for the managers and supervisors on what is expected of them as leaders in the company and how they can be more equipped in facing the challenges in the workplace today.
