Coach AJ went back-to-back with esteemed senator, Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa on a keynote speech done in front of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program leaders for the whole Davao region in the annual Leaders’ Congress done on February 29, 2024 at the Cinema 6 of SM Lanang Premiere, Davao City.
AJ was invited to give the keynote speech in the morning session with his topic, “Building High Performance Teams” where he underlined the importance of their personal beliefs in discharging their duties as public servants especially for the 4Ps program of the government. In the afternoon session, Sen. Dela Rosa gave a talk about “Patriotism.”
The center of Coach AJ’s topic is the correct mind setting of each member of the 4Ps team to achieve each their team’s goals. He said that achieving a great mindset is what the program implementers need to have first to really achieve the targets for the benefit of the beneficiaries of the 4Ps initiative.
The event was attended by almost 200 leaders of the 4Ps program coming from Davao City and the regions of Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, Davao de Oro and Davao Occidental who was inspired by Coach AJ’s keynote speech.
Also gracing the event was DSWD region XI’s director, Atty. Vanessa B. Goc-ong and by DSWD RXI 4Ps division head, Ms. Margie Cabido who gave the welcome address.
