The management of General Santos City Water District (GSCWD) invited Coach AJ to conduct a leadership workshop for them last February 21, 2024 in their main office at General Santos City.
Attended by approximately 50 managers and higher-ups, Coach AJ gave a leadership workshop using basic concepts of Neuro-Semantics and Neuro Linguistic Programming on how they can effectively understand and lead their staff in their day-to-day operations.
After the workshop. the attendees felt empowered by Coach AJ’s leadership workshop as they are made to understood how vital their roles are as managers and that in their role, they need to understand their impact on how their employees move towards the goals of the company.
The event was attended by their division and deparment managers led by their General Manager, Mr. Francisco R. Alolod, Jr., CPA, CESE.
Coach AJ looks forward in their future partnership as they invited him again for future leadership workshops and customer service workshops for their frontlines.
